Lauren Carroll
Lauren Carroll is the Broker in Charge and Owner of Iron Oak Properties in Conway, South Carolina. A proud native of Horry County, Lauren was raised on a tobacco farm in rural Conway, where she developed the strong work ethic, determination, and values that continue to shape both her life and career today.
Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Lauren always knew she wanted to build a career with unlimited potential — one where success would be earned through hard work, relationships, and a genuine passion for helping others. She began her real estate career in 2015 and quickly built a reputation for her local knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to her clients. In 2020, she earned her Broker’s License, and in 2025, she became the Broker in Charge of Iron Oak Properties.
Over the years, Lauren has successfully sold new construction communities, commercial properties, resale homes, and large land tracts throughout the area. Her experience spans residential, commercial, and investment real estate, allowing her to confidently guide clients through a wide variety of transactions. Whether helping a first-time homebuyer, an investor, or a business owner pursuing a commercial opportunity, Lauren is committed to delivering exceptional service and results.
One of Lauren’s greatest accomplishments is that her business is built almost entirely on repeat clients and referrals — a reflection of the relationships and trust she has worked hard to establish throughout her career. She believes in treating people the way she would want to be treated and understands that real estate is not just about buying and selling property, but about helping people achieve their goals and create opportunities for their future.
In addition to her real estate career, Lauren remains actively involved in both her profession and community. She has served as a board member for the CCAR Young Professionals Network Committee, is a National Association of Realtors RPAC Major Investor, a member of the Conway Chamber of Commerce, and currently serves as Vice President of the Carolinas Cutting Horse Association. She also holds a private pilot license.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys raising and showing cutting horses, spending time on the boat, traveling, and making memories with family and friends. She is also a proud dog owner to Coates, Willis, and Benjamin.
Known for her strong work ethic, grounded personality, and relationship-driven approach, Lauren continues to build a career and reputation centered on integrity, professionalism, and serving others at the highest level.
