Lauren Carroll
My name is Lauren Carroll and I am the Broker and Owner at Shoreline Realty in Conway. I am a native of the area and grew up on a tobacco farm in rural Horry County. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs and hard-working people, I have always known I wanted to go into a career that would allow me to continue to grow as a business woman, and that the sky would always be the limit for success. I began my real estate career in 2015 in Conway, SC. In 2020 I received my Brokers License and opened our Shoreline Realty – Conway Office as the Associate Broker. Knowing the area so well and having friends and family here, I began marketing my business to everyone I knew. To this day my business is run a hundred percent on repeat clients and referrals. I believe in the golden rule, treat others the way you want to be treated, look out for people, and focus on building relationships. Everything else will work itself out. I enjoy meeting new people and helping them turn their dreams into reality of being a homeowner, investor, or purchasing a commercial property to open the doors for their business. In my time of real estate I have sold out several new construction communities, commercial properties, resale homes, and raw land tracts. I have served as a board member with CCAR for the YPN Committee, National Association of Realtors RPAC Major Investor, and a Member of the Conway Chamber of Commerce. I also hold a private pilot license. When I am not working to help clients or serve my community I enjoy raising and showing horses, time on the boat, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and my two dogs Coates and Benjamin.
